The Food Truck Boot Camp aims to empower local food artisans to bolster their business with mobile kitchens. The boot camp is offered by Empowering Mountain Food Systems, Mountain BizWorks, NC Cooperative Extension, and the EBCI Division of Commerce and will take place November 7-10 across Cherokee, NC. The Street Food Institute based in New Mexico is a non-profit organization of business owners and food professionals that believe in a healthy, sustainable, and creative food future- they will be sharing their expertise along with other foodservice professionals in WNC.
